Talk to your family of friends: not about work but about fun things. Stuff you’d love to do in the evening or during the coming weekend. Have some laughs, generate a positive vibe inside your head and let the workday stress fade away.
Take a walk of go for a ride: some body movement will shake up your state of mind immediately. Just drive or walk without a plan. The change of scenery, some rays of sun and a breath of fresh air will feel like a shower inside your head.

Flowers, a freshly mowed lawn or the smell of a pinetree: everything can be a sensorial experience that takes you far away from that working day.
