Fans of smartphone photography are sure to freak out over this new iPhone camera add-on from music industry mogul Will.i.am called i.am+.

The neat device slips onto iPhones to transform them from smartphone to a smartcamera that can take photos up to 14-megapixels. Fashioned after classic cameras from yesteryear, the i.am+ comes in two contemporary styles: the V.4 model is white and gold with a more refined look, whereas the C.4 looks more like a standard camera. A built-in flash, dedicated shutter button and a full pull-out QWERTY keyboard for quickly typing up photo descriptions for social media postings are also included.

The i.am+ features a companion app that allows users to fine-tune their pictures and post pictures to social media sites in a flash. The i.am+ by Will.i.am is available for iPhone 4/4S and 5 owners.
