British artist Nick Gentry knows a thing or two about floppy disks. For those of you who aren’t familiar with the term ‘floppy disks’:  they’re those silly looking quadrangle casings with a little metal window on them that ones opened reveals a fragile looking soft plastic thingy with all your computer data on it. That said, if we could open all drawers in the world, surely billions of them would come out. That’s exactly what Nick Gentry must have had in mind when he started making his  stunning recycled art creations. Nick is keen on recycling old media and re-using it as a central theme for his work that has been exhibited in galleries around the wolrd.
