Simone Madella’s BMW ‘Tandem’ is a creative, concept car that takes its inspiration from motorcycles and cars, mixing some of the advantages of both to create a futuristic vehicle. The ‘Tandem’ is powered by the same 193 HP engine found in the BMW S1000rr motorcycle. This hybrid inspiration can also be seen in its sporty yet light exterior styling and, of course, the tandem seating in the cockpit. This kind of of twoseaters seem to be adapted to a new sort of urban mobility where vehicles – where not even talking cars anymore here – become ever more compact and energy efficient streamlined to move within a crowded, dense city in which that city will get into interaction with its habitants and this kind of vehicles. To be continued.
