- 50ml Johnnie Walker Red Rye
- 15ml lemon juice
- 15ml grapefruit juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- Schweppes Ginger & Cardemom tonic
- Zeste of grapefruit
- Pour the Johnnie Walker Red Rye into a glass
- Add ice
- Add lemon juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and 3 dashes of angostura bitters
- Top of with Schweppes Ginger & Cardemom tonic
- Garnish with grapefruit zest
