Classics can become playful by material choice. Classic materials surprise again with contemporary design. “I challenge the classics”, tells Gwen van den Assem, “we work with luxurious materials. For Dutchess, designing and producing with attention to people and the environment is self-evident. Our clothing is produced by small family businesses in Portugal and the Netherlands. By working together intensively for many years, we arrive at a better product. Every day we work on perfecting my designs, material choices and their production. So that women feel better at any time of the day. ”
