On the occasion of Salone del Mobile 2018 in Milan, Louis Vuitton launched ‘Les Petits Nomades’, a series of decorative objects by four internationally known designers. Atelier Oi created leather flowers, cushions, a plateau and a vase for the collection. Fernando & Humberto Campana designed a vase. Patricia Urquiola has drawn a basket in leather while Marcel Wanders finally revealed a mirror.
In addition, the House also adds two new ‘Objets Nomades’ to the existing furniture collection that now consists of 24 objects designed by 13 designers. New name this year is Andre Fu, who introduces the ‘Ribbon Dance’ sofa into the collection. The Dutch designer Marcel Wanders comes with a new and sparkling creation: the Diamond Mirror.
The well-known ‘Bomboca Sofa’ and ‘Cocoon hammock’ chair from the Campana brothers and Tokuijn Yoshioka’s ‘Blossom Stool’ got a new version in pink and blue, fuchsia as well as silver.
