Belgian chocolatier Marcolini got together with Belgian architect Charles Kaisin and together they’ve created some amazing architectural chocolate creations to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year.
One the chocolate creations is this Christmas tree that has more than one advantage: it tastes humongous and it doesn’t loose its needles. 😉 It is made entirely out of milk chocolate, Gianduja hazelnut paste, noga creme and dried hazelnut, almonds and pistachios. Limited edition in 200 copies.
This chocolate Santa Claus in turn consists of colourful Gianduja-chocolate and seems to slip on snowy chocolate balls filled with hazel- and macadamia nuts.
If you love snowy crystals, you might enjoy this Marcolini box, also specially created for this Holiday Season, filled with chocolate crystal shaped bonbons filled with hazelnut paste, caramel or double fondant chocolate. Yummy !
