When entering Winery Boitsfort it immediately radiates an airy, lighthearted atmosphere. The premium selection of bottles neatly arranged in a wall mounted enoteca gives this place an expressive look and a definite high-end wine bar touch. The people at Winery Boitsfort are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to selecting their wines and they serve them with a big smile together with all the ins and outs on the wines they serve. What more could one ask ? Winery is the contemporary version of the bistro du coin but with a very trendy, professional and knowledgeable edge. It’s all about enjoying a well thought trough selection of accessible and tasty fine wines: Chenin from René Mosse or the Syrah of Hervé Souhaut, the Beaujolais of Marcel Lapierre (a great Beaujolais specimen) or the amfibolit muscadet of Joseph Landron… The choice is vast and adventurous. France, Portugal, Spain: you can make some serious wine travels at Winery Boitsfort. They’re also known for their natural wines.

This is a wine bar à la Belge and in Belgium people always need to snack a little bit to enjoy wine to its fullest. 🙂 That’s why at Winery Boitsfort they also serve some nice cold meats, a selection of refined cheeses or a lovely and fresh burrata poured over with some premium olive oil. Just pure heaven ! Some wine builders of which you can enjoy wines over there are Isabelle and Vincent Goumard from Mas Cal Demoura in Jonquières, Le Clos Marie from Christophe Peyrus in Pic Saint Loup and Olivier Pithon. We’ve especially enjoyed the Beaujolais wines of Mathieu Lapierre. Enough said, go check it out for yourself and be amazed.
